Remarks:

On November 14, 2017, FactSet Research Systems Inc. ("FactSet" or the "Company") announced the appointment of Gene D. Fernandez to the Company's newly created role of Chief Technology and Product Officer ("CTPO"), effective November 27, 2017. Mr. Fernandez will report directly to Philip Snow, FactSet's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fernandez does not have any family relationships with any of the Company's directors or executive officers and is not a party to any transactions listed in Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
