Malcolm Frank

Mr. Frank has served on the Board since 2016. He is currently the chief executive officer of TalentGenius. Until September 2021 he was the President of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp., a provider of custom information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services. Mr. Frank joined Cognizant in 2005 and has more than three decades of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Cognizant, he was CEO of CXO systems, CEO of Nervewire Inc., and executive officer and Senior Vice President at Cambridge Technology Partners.
Mr. Frank is a recognized industry thought leader and is a frequent speaker on key issues of IT management. Mr. Frank is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Economics.
